Indian Cricket Team created History on Monday after winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia for the first time. India ended up their 71-year-old wait to win their first Test series in Australia.

India played their maiden Test Series against Australia in 1947 and were handed a 4-0 drubbing in the five match series. India have toured Australia 12 times (including 2018-2019) and finally managed to lift the Test Series Trophy under Kohli's captaincy.

Virat Kohli became the first Asian as well as Indian Captain to win The Test Series in Australia. " I'm proud of my team who Put their Hundred Percent in every area to win this Series" he said in the press confrence. He also told reporters that this series win make him more happy than 2011 World Cup win.
